Snow Bunny? Not!

Here in Coastal North Carolina, snow is a real rarity. I remember one big snow storm on my entire time here, and I was a child then. It snowed almost a foot about an hour inland at my Grandparent’s house, and it was a-ma-zing. That’s the most snow I ever saw at one time until I was living in Germany, and then in Colorado. I was looking at some photos on a site that specializes in Whistler accommodations today, and they reminded me a lot of Colorado.

condo.jpgI think I’d like to go for a couple of days, if I was assured I would not have to stay any longer than that. I’ve never skied, nor do I really plan to learn at this point, so I would be all about the fireplaces and hot tubs in the Whistler ski lodges, LOL! Doesn’t that look so cozy? I could totally curl up there and read a book, and pretend I was sad to be missing the slopes! After all, what’s the point of going to a ski lodge if you actually have to ski?
